Mmhm. It's where all goes after they depart from our world. Depending on who you ask, some stay there, some find peace, and others learn the mysteries of the world to bring back to their people.

I'm guessing there isn't a way to block them off from leaving the fade after they enter it.

You'd think so with the veil in place, but with the way you hear about things just shitting themselves out of the fade so often it's like the never ending patching of a moth eaten curtain.
