I certainly hope not. But as other things seem to follow a weekly pattern, I wouldn't be surprised if this does too.

It's very likely. We'll certainly know by next week if things remain happening the same way. Much as I hate it, the predictability of it is certainly easier to work with. You can plan around it far better than a wandering around aimlessly.

Sort of. But I had my earplugs in before we went there and they were gone when we got there. Being prepared might not count for a lot.

Earplugs? They're to make sound quieter.

I just have sensitive hearing, so it helps balance things out a little. Normally you'd wear them if you were going somewhere especially loud.

They sound like they'd be wonderfully useful for tavern nights. Maker only knows it'd be nice to block out some of that caterwauling they consider singing.
